Suspect in northern China shooting spree knew the five victims, police say

The man arrested for killing five people in Inner Mongolia on Monday knew the victims, police said.The suspect was identified in a police document as a 44-year-old man surnamed Liang, The Beijing News reported. He worked as a deputy director of the water plant where the first shooting took place.
