Priscilla Wong Pui-sze, a barrister who chairs the city’s police watchdog, has been made the new head of the University of Hong Kong’s (HKU) governing council.Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, in her capacity as HKU chancellor, has appointed Wong to lead the council for a three-year term, effective January 1.
