The Health and Safety Authority is investigating two separate deaths in Co Limerick and Co Dublin.

A man in his 50s died after being caught between a digger and a wall in Skerries in Dublin.

The incident happened at a construction site on Harbour Road and was reported to the HSA at about midday.

Separately, the HSA and gardaí are investigating the death of a young man in Co Limerick.

He was caught between a tractor and trailer while cutting trees in Bruree.

The incident was also reported to the authority at about midday.
